Przygotuję strategię działania i razem z moim zespołem wdrożę ją dla Ciebie.
1.Email invitation
Go to the Tools and Settings tab in your Google Ads account. Then select Access and security:
Select the plus icon to add another person:
Once clicked, a menu will unfold where you can select the permissions of the person being added to your Google Ads account. If you want her to be able to manage campaigns on her own, select Administrator privileges. The permissions of the next levels are indicated in the table:
Just enter the email address of the person you want to add, select the permissions and click Send invitation.
Then the invited person has to accept the invitation, which will come to their email inbox, and they will already have access to your Google Ads account.
2.Adding via Google Ads manager account
Marketing agencies also use another way to add people to an Ads account – all you need here is a Google Ads manager account.
To make your Google Ads account available in this way, you need to provide the agency with your account number. It has 10 digits and when you log into Google Ads you will find it in several places, including the top bar:
You will also see the number when you click on the icon of your Google account in the upper right corner:
When you provide your agency number, Google Ads specialists will be able to add your advertising account to their Google Ads manager account. You will receive an email to the email assigned to your Google Ads account with further instructions.
To accept the request to be added to your Google Ads manager account, go to Tools and Settings, then select Access and Security.
In the Managers tab, you will find a pending invitation that you just need to accept:
Remember, you can always take back the access to your Google Ads account granted earlier. Just select the Tools and Settings tab again, then Access and Security. Select the person you want to revoke access from the list and simply click Remove Access:
It’s worth remembering to grant access to your Google Ads account only to trusted individuals – after all, you’re sharing important information about your business and even the ability to manage your budget. So it’s best to work with agencies that have Google Partner or Google Premier Partner status.
